Hope cottage botanical arts has a 14-day from date of purchase returns policy on all items. If an item is returned within this period you are eligible for a full refund or replacement . After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return postage is covered by the customer.
There is a no return policy on made to order items. If you have a problem with your order please contact us so we can find a mutually acceptable solution..

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged and unused in anyway. The item must be in it’s original packaging.
After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or replacememt. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund.
